NFHA Bylaws This is the formal document setting up the association and the governing board.
Plats & Declarations of Restrictions There are 13 separate documents. Plats 1 through 13 (2 and 3 are on the same document) plus the plat for Spanish Gardens. Spanish Gardens was the subdivision on the east side of Switzer that was merged with NF.
NFHA Declaration This is the formal document stating the desire to create and provide for the maintenance of a residential neighborhood.
Pool Settlement This is the last document in the early 1990's agreement that settled the reconstruction of the pool and tennis courts.
Roof Amendment This is a change in the restrictions of the Associations regarding the materials and quality of roofs. It was necessary because of a new ordinance by Overland Park.
