SPEEDING IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

The NFHA Board is working with Councilman Terry Goodman and the City of Overland Park for possible solutions to motorist exceeding the posted speed limits in NF. Residents are reminded to pay careful attention to the speed limit signs on our streets. Speed limit signs are visible upon entering NF on 121st, 123rd and Nieman Road, and several of the other residential streets.

DEED RESTRICTION REMINDER

Our Deed Restrictions state that "No vehicle, truck, trailer, bus, campers, boats, or other apparatus, except passenger automobiles, shall be left or stored on said property, except in an enclosed garage". If you, as a homeowner, have any of the restricted vehicles or items stored on your driveway, you are in violation of the Nottingham Forest Declaration of Restrictions. Please make arrangements to store these items in your garage or elsewhere. Notices will be mailed out to homeowners who are deemed in violation of the Declaration of Restrictions (Deed Restrictions).

Mailbox Update March 5, 2004

Finally, we have completed installation of our new mailboxes throughout NFHA. If you feel we have missed any location, please let us know via the NFHA website or by contacting Roger Moffett (897-3577). During the last year, in anticipation of new mailbox installations, NFHA made only essential maintenance to the old installation for cost reasons. We thank each and all NF homeowners and the USPS for their tremendous tolerance and understanding during this period. We have had a number of door latch problems on the new boxes which we are repairing as they are reported. We will be working these and other quality issues, including uniformity of post installations, during the coming months. Reminder: Please note your house number on the inside of your mailbox door (label or other means) so we can affix uniform numerals to the front of your mailbox.
