NEWS
FROM THE BOARD
- Some
friendly reminders:
Per Overland Park regulations, you may only put trash out 24 hours prior to
pick up. At all other times, trash barrels/bags must be screened from view
from the street and from adjacent neighbors. Please call Community Services
at 895-6370 to report any violations. They are helpful, friendly, and your
report remains anonymous.
- Also
per O.P. restrictions, noise levels between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 7:00
A.M. are governed by city ordinance. Please be considerate of your neighbors!
Should a situation become intolerable, please call O.P. Police at 895-6300.
- Any
shed is expressly prohibited by NF deed restrictions.
Parking boats, trailers, RVs, campers, etc. in driveways or any area visible
to neighbors is also prohibited by our deed restrictions. Once again, please
be considerate and help to maintain our premiere neighborhood--these items
simply do not fit with the appearance we want to maintain. You may report
violations of our deed restrictions to any Board member.
- FYI:
Hy-Vee at 119th and Highway 69 will be closing this summer. Should anyone
want to ask them to reconsider, you are encouraged to send a letter to their
corporate offices.
