Nottingham Forest Homes Association Dues
Statements have been mailed to our 572 homeowners in NF for the Fiscal 2007 (Oct. 1, 2006 – Sept. 30, 2007) Annual Dues. The Annual Dues are $455. The Homes Association had approved a $55 dues increase at our annual meeting last October, 2005.

Your homes association dues are due by October 1, 2006. A late fee of $100 will be assessed to those who are delinquent in paying dues on time.

2007 - '08 NFHA Directory Update
Please submit your directory updates for the '07-'08 NFHA Directory by Oct. 31, 2006. Visit www.nottinghamforest.org and submit your current information online.

If we do not hear from you by Oct. 31, 2006 we will print the current data on file. Any residents who have moved into NF since Oct. 2004 should submit current contact information. The '07-'08 directory pages will replace the '05-'06 pages in your directory binder. BINDERS WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
